The residents, who met Governor Nassir alongside the area MCA, were updated on ongoing efforts to find a lasting solution to the land question.

Governor Nassir said he recently visited Ardhi House in Nairobi, where he held discussions with Lands Principal Secretary Nixon Korir on the inclusion of Kwa Bullo in the Presidential Land Acquisition Programme.

The Governor said progress is being made and pledged to continue engaging the National Government and relevant agencies until the matter is conclusively resolved.

Governor Nassir said families who have lived in Kwa Bullo and Kadzandani for years deserve security of tenure and the dignity that comes with legally owning their land.

He assured residents that efforts will continue until they receive title deeds, saying secure land ownership will give families confidence to invest in their homes and improve their livelihoods.
